2012 Timeslips: New features and support training

Updates and features included will allow the users to:

  • Edit previously “finalized” bills with word processing software, without changing the bill history record in Timeslips.
  • Create folders to store PDF copies of invoices and statements on a client-by-client basis. This will help keep client invoices organized and make it easier to retrieve them when needed to re-send an invoice.
  • Email bills for direct approval before the printing process. Ability to save a bill image for subsequent reprinting and editing.
  • Select a slip date range to be processed when selecting slips to be included in a summary replacement slip.
  • Link directly to client documents and files from the Timeslips Client Information page, to quickly and easily review the correspondence and other client-related documents for a specific client.
